Building & Personal Property Insurance

We insure buildings and/or business personal property (or contents) for a variety of businesses including manufacturers, dealers or retailers, distributors or wholesalers and auto garages, just to name some of the types we insure. We can even insure a new building, while it is under construction, commonly known as ‘Builders Risk’ coverage. Business Interruption coverage is available as an option. Ordinance or Law coverage, to cover the cost of rebuilding to current construction code, may be included as well.

Office & Retail Facility Insurance

We insure buildings or offices for landlords (or lessor’s risk) as well as provide coverage for tenants of these buildings including professional office complexes (dentists, doctors, chiropractors, attorneys, accountants, engineers and architects), multi-tenant retail shopping centers, and other related risks. We have excellent insurance package policies for restaurants too. Coverage for ‘Loss of Rents’ or ‘Loss of Income’ is available as an option, as well as Ordinance or Law coverage, to cover the cost of rebuilding to the current building code.

Garage Liability and Garagekeepers Insurance:

This provides the liability coverage needed for an auto-related risk, such as a repair garage, auto body shop, car wash or car dealer. This protects against claims for injury to persons or damage to property of others, arising from alleged negligence. It would extend to claims arising from auto accidents, where the auto is owned by the insured garage, car wash or dealer or where the auto is owned by a customer of the business. Garagekeepers insurance protects against damage to vehicles in the custody of the insured business.
