Business Liability Insurance:

Business Liability Insurance covers you against claims (including lawsuits) arising from alleged negligence. This includes your day-to-day operations and can include claims arising from products you sell or manufacture. Business Liability Insurance coverage generally includes libel, slander, invasion of privacy, false arrest and advertising injury. Damage to property of others can be included. There is a separate limit for ‘Medical Payments’ which is designed to cover minor injuries to others. If you tell us to do so, we will make payment for injury to a visitor on your premises, as a ‘Good Will’ gesture.
