When I first called Kelly Durocher upon receipt of my Tower Hill Group renewal policy
for our condo insurance, my expectations were for, at best, a reduction of the
premium increase for the policy renewal. Having had no claim during policy
term, I was shocked at the steep premium increase.
Fortunately, you took the time to ask some questions and make a suggestion, leading to my
securing wind certification for our recently replaced roof. This led to your
submitting the certificate to Tower Hill for reconsideration of the premium,
which yielded a premium reduction of more than $500! However, your experience
told you that you could do better for me, and you did--thanks to
your knowledge and diligence, I will enjoy a savings of about $1,000
for the 3/1/10 - 2/28/11 policy year! WOW!

In this world it is rare to find people that provide
good service, for years on end, on a personal
basis, always treating you like a valued customer. I
guess that makes me lucky because I have two. I have
done business with the same CPA for about 40 years, and
the same insurance agent for over 20 years.
Bradenton Insurance is the company, but it is Gloria
that makes my experience so good. I couldn't tell you
who owns the agency, or any thing about anyone
there, except Gloria. This lady has taken care of my
insurance needs with her own blend of knowledge, and
personality. She always asks about my son and wife
(always by name), and she has taken the time to listen
when I tell her. We have both talked through each others
divorces when I've called to change coverage on our
cars, or when we have moved, or whatever life event
requires me to call.
It is such a refreshing feeling to call and not get some
machine that wants me to press one for English, and then
ask me to punch in a social security number. When I call
Bradenton Insurance I get a human, and I ask for Gloria,
and all conversations include please and thank you. This
alone warrants high marks, so I must assume that the
owner understands what people want.
Gee whiz, no one stays at the same place over 20 years
anymore, do they? Except Gloria (so someone is treating
her well) and my CPA, and ,oh yes, me. Same place for 25
years.

PS: A quick tidbit; We live in South Sarasota county and never
go to Bradenton. Would you believe that as happy as
I've been with Gloria over all these years, we have
never met face to face.
